Adriano Consentino is a partner in Pacheco Neto, Sanden Teisseire Advogados with expertise in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, as well as innovation and startups, with an emphasis on foreign direct investment in Brazil. He is the leader of PNSTart, an initiative of the office for the response of the legal needs of the innovation and startups market. He joined the firm in 2009. Adriano is graduated from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He has studied and lived in France, where he pursued a first LL.M. at Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas, Paris), with focus in international business law. Afterwards he studied and lived in the United States of America, where he concluded a second LL.M. University of Notre Dame Law School (Notre Dame, Indiana), with emphasis on corporate law and securities regulation, being awarded the Faculty Award for Excellence in the Payment Systems program. Adriano speaks Portuguese, English and French fluently.
