Er ist auf die Beratung ausl\u00e4ndischer Investoren spezialisiert, insbesondere auf die Beratung f\u00fchrender Unternehmensgruppen aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum, f\u00fcr die er seit 25 Jahren t\u00e4tig ist. Seine T\u00e4tigkeitsbereiche reichen von der Strukturierung von Startups bis hin zu komplexen M &amp; A-Operationen. Andreas hat u.a. bei Price Waterhouse und der Anwaltskanzlei Mattos Filho gearbeitet.
