Juliana is a member of the <a href=\"http:\/\/direitogv.fgv.br\/grupos\/grupo-estudos-empresas-familiares\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Get\u00falio Vargas Foundation Family Business Group (GEEF)<\/a>,\u00a0member of the Board of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scandinavianchurch.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scandinavian Church<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbcc.com.br\/en-gb\/board\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vice President of Norway Brazil Chamber of Commerce<\/a>. Juliana is the co-author of 2 books, <i>Relevant Aspects of Family Businesses<\/i> published by Get\u00falio Vargas in 2013 and <i>Family Businesses, An Interdisciplinary Vision <\/i>published by Get\u00falio Vargas in 2015. She is also an active speaker at conferences and events relating to Brazilian corporate law. Juliana holds a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paran\u00e1, PUC-PR (2000), and a master&rsquo;s degree in corporate and economic law from ISAE \/ FGV (2002). She holds a postgraduate specialization degree in international contracts from the COGEAE \/ PUC-SP (2006), as well as a postgraduate specialization degree in real estate transactions from FGV \/ SP (2010). Juliana volunteers as legal advisor for Beija Flor Cultural Project, a Norwegian Brazilian social nonprofit organization.
