She holds a Specialization in Tax Law from IBET (Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies) and has strong expertise in high-complexity tax matters. She is fully familiar with the corporate environment and internal processes.<\/p>\n<p>She leads the firm\u2019s tax team, which focuses on high-complexity tax litigation, both administrative and judicial.<\/p>\n<p>She holds a Postgraduate Degree (Lato Sensu Specialization in Tax Law) from IBET, as well as a Specialization in ICMS and a Specialization in Tax Planning, both also from IBET. She is co-author of the book \u201cCurrent Controversies in Customs Law\u201d, contributing the chapter on \u201cSoftware Taxation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She is the Founder and Creator of TaxUp.
