Graziella Junqueira

Graziella Lacerda Cabral Junqueira has extensive experience in tax consulting and tax litigation, with 20 years of experience in tax disputes, both at the administrative and judicial levels. She holds a Specialization in Tax Law from IBET (Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies) and has strong expertise in high-complexity tax matters. She is fully familiar with the corporate environment and internal processes.

She leads the firm’s tax team, which focuses on high-complexity tax litigation, both administrative and judicial.

She holds a Postgraduate Degree (Lato Sensu Specialization in Tax Law) from IBET, as well as a Specialization in ICMS and a Specialization in Tax Planning, both also from IBET. She is co-author of the book “Current Controversies in Customs Law”, contributing the chapter on “Software Taxation.”

She is the Founder and Creator of TaxUp. She has been working in the tax field (litigation, consulting, and tax planning) for 20 years, having previously worked in the tax departments of major multinational companies and leading law firms, including Demarest and Unilever, always within the tax practice.
