Tais Helena Bacellar

Tais Helena Bacellar holds an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/EAESP), a Bachelor of Laws degree from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), and is a lawyer admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP). She combines her legal background with extensive experience in business management and law firm administration.

She is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), an international organization headquartered in the United States, and serves on Brazil’s leading committee dedicated to law firm administration.

Tais has served as Director of Administration and Finance at Pacheco Neto, Sanden, Teisseire Advogados (PNST) since 2001, bringing extensive experience in business management, financial operations, contract negotiation and renegotiation, and the development of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Throughout her career, she was the first corporate Head Manager within Banco Bradesco’s group of managers to be appointed by senior management to lead the implementation of the Corporate platform. Over the course of ten years, she was responsible for managing a strategic portfolio of major companies and corporate groups, as well as overseeing corporate operations and complex financing transactions designed to support business expansion.

Prior to joining PNST, she worked in the Legal Department of the Regional Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRECI), where she participated in public procurement proceedings under the invitation procedure and contributed to initiatives aimed at updating the legislation governing the COFECI-CRECI system.

Her legal background strengthens her work at the intersection of law, management, and business, with a focus on further developing her expertise in contract negotiation and structuring, data protection, technology, and compliance. This integrated approach enables her to combine business acumen with legal analysis and risk management to develop solutions tailored to organizations’ needs.

Portuguese is her native language, and she is fluent in English.
