
Andreas Beyersdorf
Andreas Beyersdorf has over 30 years of experience advising foreign investors in Brazil, combining solid expertise gained at leading law firms and international financial institutions with a strategic, results-oriented approach. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial contracts, project finance, financial transactions and capital markets.
In recent years, he has distinguished himself in the structuring, financing, and execution of projects within the bioeconomy, actively participating in initiatives across the mobility, energy, and infrastructure sectors. His work spans all phases of a project—from planning to implementation—advising international consortia that bring together public and private stakeholders from multiple continents, particularly Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
Andreas holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) School of Law, with a concentration in Business Law and postgraduation in Sustainable Economy (Green Finance) from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is a frequent speaker at events on foreign investment and sustainable projects, contributing a practical perspective on Brazil’s business environment, its opportunities, incentives and challenges.
Throughout his career, he has held prominent positions in relevant organizations, including Corporate Secretary (Diretor Secretário) of the Brazil-Germany Legal Studies Association (SEJUBRA), Secretary to the Board of World Wildlife Fund – WWF International in Brazil and designated Advisor to the Board of the National Quality Foundation (FNQ), an organization focused on management excellence and business transformation that brings together a significant portion of the country’s industrial sector.
He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP), the Brazilian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry of São Paulo (AHK-SP), and the Legal Committee of the Swiss-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (SWISSCAM Brasil). Fluent in Portuguese, English, and German, he operates effectively in multicultural and cross-border environments.
