Jean François Teisseire is a founding partner of Pacheco Neto Sanden Teisseire Law Firm. A French national, he completed his legal education in Paris at the University of Paris II (Assas) before undertaking his practice in France, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Jean François has advised clients in Brazil-France cross-border transactions for over thirty years and is recognized as a trusted benchmark of legal service to the Franco-Brazilian community. His focus lies in social law, business competition law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments and intervention and arbitration. Jean François currently holds positions as General Secretary of the Board of the European Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration (CAE), as President of the Brazilian Association of French Speaking Attorneys, as International Relations Director of the National Council of Intervention and Arbitration (CONIMA) as well as being a member of the Brazilian Committee of Arbitrations and of the Board of Directors of the Chambers of Commerce France-Brazil. He is native speaker of French and is fluent in Portuguese and English.
